“Teletrade” is functional from 01 February 2007
To make ESC more accessible beyond the internet, we are proud to introduce “Teletrade” from 01 February 2007. Through a dedicated call centre where a person will take your instructions across the phone (“initiate a transaction”) and then uses an sms function to your registered cell phone to which you reply to “authorise” the transaction.
You do not need the internet, just a cell phone. All calls are voice recorded and transactions can only be authorised from your registered cell phone. The ESC Telephonic Trading Call Centre is available on (011) 797 5591.
